Meet Veronica

At the heart of Merrifield House, is the desire for a home, a peace, that people can come into and feel welcomed and loved. A place they can feel safe.

For most of my life, I felt the pull of God on my heart. But no matter where I looked, I could never find a safe place for the questions and thoughts I had.

​

 I knew the life of a Christian should be different, and I never could understand why my life looked the same as the world.

​

The more things didn't "feel" right, the more I'd strive. And then, I'd burn out. This was my cycle for many years.

​

In 2019, I could only hear one word from the Lord. STOP. And so, I did. I stopped trying to get everything to fit into a pretty box. Since then, I've been on the wildest ride of my life.

The very foundation of all I have believed has been shaken, and the scales have fallen from my eyes in so many ways.

​

One thing I've learned... who the Son has set free is free indeed!

​

I stopped begging God to set me free and started asking what "being free" looked like.

​

Of course, I know I've only scratched the surface of the deep waters that are our Lord. And I am so exciting for all that's to come!

​

So here we are, a place for you to find the hope, encouragement, and faith for your own journey. A safe place to take a look at the beliefs and thoughts that are keeping you from walking in all the freedom, healing, and gifts you've already been given in Christ.

​

And yes, unless the Lord builds the house, the labor in is vain. So, in this place, we acknowledge that every revelation, break through, and moment of clarity come from the good. good, hands of our Abba.

My desire is to come alongside you in your journey. To offer insight, love, encouragement and hope. And to see more women walking in freedom and in love.
